    Planned maintenance: October 5th

    As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, BoldChat / Bold360 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event. Date and Time: Saturday, October 5th – 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM UTC. Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability. Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window. What to expect: We estimate that there will be a 15-minute period that operations will be interrupted during the failover process. Operators will not be able to login until the failover is complete. If an operator is already logged in at the time of maintenance, they will probably be disconnected. They may receive errors when trying to perform actions, and anything they are viewing will not update until the failover is complete. A visitor in an active chat can also be disconnected. Any messages they type and send will not be received by an operator until the failover is complete. Visitors will not be able to start or end a chat until the failover is complete. No historical chat conversation data will be lost, and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete. Note: Please whitelist the following IP range to ensure no service interruption after the failover: 173.199.52.0/23 (173.199.52.1 – 173.199.53.254) We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time period.
